Overweight People (all ages)
The National Health and Medical Research Council of Australia released clinical practice guidelines for the management of overweight and obesity. It is recommeneded overweight or obese adults engage in 60 minutes of physical activity per day to avoid regaining weight. Obese or overweight children and youth should engage in more physical activity that is currently being engaged in.
