Adults (18- 65 years)
The National Physical Activity Guidelines are a minimum endorsement for good health, rather than for the achievement of high levels of fitness sports training. The first few guidelines are encourage all forms of movement, including moderate-intensity physical activity. The final guideline refers to the added benefits linked with vigorous-intensity physical activity. People should always be encouraged to combine these guidelines with a healthy eating plan consistent with Dietary Guidelines for Australians.
